Directions:
Take 2 1/4 cups of flour, 1 tbsp of salt, 1 tbsp of baking soda and sift them thoroughly.

Take 1 cup of brown sugar, add 1 whole egg and 1 yolk (not the full egg), add table spoon of vanilla.
Add a splash of heavy cream, then add add the dry mix in 4 installments.
Add 2 cups of chips.
Set your oven to 375 degree, dish the ingredients into a no greased sheet and bake for 8-9 minutes.

How To Prepare:
Take a bowl large enough and add 2 and a quarter cup of flour, add 1 table spoon each of salt baking soda. And sift ingredients, then add 2 sticks of butter with cream and half cup of granulated sugar and also add 1 cup of brown sugar. This step is important to get soft chocolate chip cookies. Do not beat the batter with the eggs so that it becomes fluffy and airy. You are not trying to make a cake or a meringue. Just stir until combined and that is it.

Next, in a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir it with a spoon and sift according to the instructions. If it says sifted flour sift it and then measure it. If is says flour sifted, measure it and then sifted it. This makes sure that you get the right amount of flour.

Now you can gradually add the flour mixture into the wet ingredients. Add a little bit out of time and mix in thoroughly. Again, there is no need to be just mix it completely. Then stir in the chocolate chips.

Refrigerate the dough for at least two hours or preferably overnight. Preheat the oven to make sure it is completely heated before you put the cookies in. Roll the cookie dough into 2 inch balls and place then about 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet. Make sure the cookie she is not warm especially between batches. Put the cookie sheet in a refrigerator beforehand to make a cold to ensure that it’s not warm.

Bake according to the instructions until very lightly golden brown across the whole cookie. You do not want dark brown or it will be hard and crunchy.
